How does the vending machine rental work?
It's simple and nostalgic! After you book, we will have a design call to discuss the details. I’ll hand draw the designs (no AI slop, here)! Then you’ll review and approve the design proofs and finalize your package details. We bring the machine to your event, set it up, and provide the tokens for your guests. They just drop a coin and turn the knob for a sweet surprise.
What is needed for set up?
Our machines are compact and manual—no electricity required! We just need a flat surface (about 3x3 feet) and at least 45 minutes for set up. Rental includes your choice of a pedestal table and optional, colored arch backdrop.
The machine may not be set up outdoors without proper protection from any inclement weather.
When do you recommend self-serve versus full-service?
The vending machine is easy with simple instructions provided. Self serve is usually best suited for all/ mostly stickers.
It is highly recommended to add the full service option when temporary tattoos are added. For full service, I stay for up to 4-hours of service, monitoring the tattoo station and ensuring the space stays tidy, spray bottles stay full and assist with applying the tattoos!
How much does a rental cost?
Pricing depends on the number of stickers/tattoos and your location. Most rentals start at an all-inclusive rate that covers design, delivery, setup, and tokens for your guests. Be sure to see our Package Rentals page for more information.
How many stickers/tattoos do I need?
As a general rule: usually one per guest. Some will take more than one and some won’t take any; so it usually balances out. You know your crowd best - if you think you’ll need a little more, we offer additional quantities to add to your package.
PRO TIP: Extras are left with you afterwards. If you have additional stickers/tattoos, include one in your hand written thank you cards. It’s a fun surprise that takes your guests back to the night as soon as they see it!
Do my guests need to bring their own coins?
Nope! We provide the coins as part of the rental package to ensure that authentic coin-operated experience without the hassle for you and your guests.

Magnet Bar Edition
How does the magnet bar rental work?
It's simple and interactive! After you book, we will have a design call to discuss the specific details. I bring the bar to your event, set it up, and stay to make instant printed photo keepsakes for your guests. Guests upload a photo, I print it on the spot then transform it into a 2.5" x 2.5" magnet or 1.5" acrylic keychain. Guests can choose to customize their magnet with a photo overlay designed for your event, and choose the color/accessories for their keychains.
What is needed for set up?
The Magnet Bar cart needs approximately a 4'x4' flat spot, plus room for your guests to gather around. Access to electricity is required. The bar cart does include an umbrella for shade purposes in outdoor settings. Please provide a back up location if inclement weather is anticipated.
Do you include the camera or photo booth?
No. The Magnet Bar operates off guest photos! They're already really great at taking selfies! Guests take their own photos and upload them to the Magnet Bar QR code for instant printing onto their keepsakes.
How many magnets/keychains do I need?
As a general rule: usually one per guest. Some will take more than one and some won’t take any; so it usually balances out. You know your crowd best - if you think you’ll need a little more, we offer additional quantities to add to your package.
Please note: packages list the maximum number of favors and the maximum number of "printing" hours. The service ends when one of those scenarios are met. Additional magnets/keychains are not left on site, if unused by the end of the time, since these are made "in the moment".

Can you make a magnet/keychain with my stationary?
Yes! Bring any special stationary / paper goods to the Magnet Bar, and I can turn them into magnets/keychains (depending on paper type) to cherish!
